Use for particles such as those from grinding, sanding, sweeping, sawing, bagging, or processing minerals, coal, iron ore, flour, metal, wood, pollen, liquid or non-oil based particles from sprays that do not also emit oil aerosols or vapors. Do not use for gases and vapors, including those present in paint spraying operations, oil aerosols, asbestos, arsenic, cadmium, lead, 4, 4'-methylene dianiline (MDA) or sandblasting. This respirator can help reduce inhalation exposures to certain airborne biological particles (e.g. viruses, mold, Bacillus anthracis, Mycobacterium tuberculosis, etc.).

Filter efficiency level of 95% or greater against particulate aerosols free of oil. It is fluid resistant, disposable and may be worn in surgery. It can fit a wide range of face sizes. Contains no natural rubber latex. This product meets CDC guidelines for Mycobacterium tuberculosis exposure control. As a respirator, it is intended to reduce wearer exposure to certain airborne particles in a size range of 0.1 to >10.0 microns, including those generated by electrocautery, laser surgery and other powered medical instruments. As a surgical mask, it is designed to be fluid resistant to splash and spatter of blood and other infectious materials; when worn properly and in combination with protective eyewear, it complies with the OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Standard. It also provides >99% BFE2 against wearer generated micro-organisms. |

*Always follow use and fitting instructions carefully. Respirators can help protect your lungs against certain airborne contaminants, however, they will not prevent entry through other routes such as the skin, which would require additional personal protective equipment (PPE). 2 straps secure the mask firmly to the face. A foam-padded bendable metal nosepiece can be bent to form a protective fit to each individual user's face. Instructions are included to properly achieve a form-fitted mask. These respirators do not supply oxygen.
